RULES FOR PAYMENTS OF FEE

Fee is to be remitted in three ins tallments, in school or in the Axis Bank, Near Petrol Pump, Talwandi

The parents are free to pay the fee of the whole year either in the beginning of the year or in three installments as given below:

• 1st Installment: (April, May, June) to be paid on 01-04-2020
• 2nd Installment: (July, August, September, October and November) to be paid on 01-07-2020
• 3rd Installment: (December, January, February and March) to be paid on 01-12-2020

NOTES:

1. 20% concession from tuition fee will be given to the younger child and this amount will be deducted from 3rd installment.
2. 5% discount will be given to the students whose annual dues are deposited together before 10th April.
3. Students whose fee is not paid by 10th of month will have to pay late fee Rs. 200 per month.
4. Fee is to be paid between 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM on all working days.
5. If the check bounces then the fee will be accepted through D.D only with late fee.

The Admission Fee is to be paid only at the time of new admission.

Parents/Guardians will kindly preserve the receipts issued to them and produce them in proof of payment of fee when needed.
