Dear ParentsOn assuming the office as an incharge of prestigious Tara Convent School, I convey my immense pleasure in getting an opportunity to work and interact with all members of the staff, student and parents. The School will emphasize on physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual development of the children to make them able to meet all the challenges in their life.
As you know education is a tri-polar, unending and ongoing process. Its aim is to prepare the children for their future life which can achieved by deliberate conscious efforts of the students, genuine guidance of the teacher and kind co-operation of parents.
I ensure, to the last of my ability for refers contribution towards the noble cause of building up the institution for all-round development of its children.

Excursion & Educational Tours
With a view to providing an exposure to life outside the school and enriching the knowledge and variety of experiences to the child, the school will arrange excursion and educational Tours/Picnics for the students under the supervision of the teachers. Participation in Tours/Picnic will be compulsory for all students.
School facilities the students with free medical check-up every year under the supervision of experienced medical officers. Medical report is sent to the parents in order to make them aware about the health status of their ward.
It is obligatory for every parent to meet the principal and concerned teachers to know the progress of their ward on every last week of the month. Parents should take instructions from class teachers for future improvement of their wards and give suggestions if any.
Teach Next, an innovative and unique, learning technique is being introduced in the institution. Ten class rooms are being made Smart Room through Teach Next. It help the students to have in depth knowledge of the subjects through audio-visual system.

Extra Curricular Activities
Literary Activities
All the students will have the chance to participate in Literary Activities, General Knowledge and Science, Math Quiz. Arrangements will be made for pursuit of hobbies such as painting, vocal, music, folk dances and Inter-House competitions in these activities.
Payments
All Payments are to be made before 10th of the due month positively.
Late Fee
Students whose fee is not paid by the 10th of the month will have to pay late fee.
Working Days
Fee is to be paid between 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on all working days.
Bounced Check
If the cheque bounces then the fee will be accepted through D.D. only with late fee.
